Position: Program Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/ DUTIES

The essential functions/duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for administrative management of branch program in a specific area: Staffing in home based program, schools, and community settings.
  • Coordinate the life cycle of the staffing process, i.e. staffing clinician's from each respective discipline with cases that coincide with their availability and location.
  • Assign clinicians to cases based on clinical skill set.
  • Manage clinician's scheduling on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate submission of paperwork from clinicians.
  • Serve as primary liaison with referral sources for maintenance and new business development.
  • Perform various administrative duties that include recruiting and credentialing functions related to staffing.
  • Attends meetings and participates in projects related to Staffing, as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of Department of Health policies and staffing regulations
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Should be highly motivated and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and reporting skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good initiative

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clinicians and providers staffed on referrals handled by Staffing Coordinator
  • Administrative Assistant for staffing location

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma
  • B.A. preferred
  • 2 years experience in Staffing or related field.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, telephone, computer) Ability to lift up to 5 pounds
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
